Verify Your Account
To keep the community safe from spam and bots, everyone must click the verification emoji in the #verify channel before accessing the rest of the server.
✅ This quick step ensures only real users gain access.
Open a Ticket
Once verified, go to the #tickets channel at the top of the channel list.
Follow the instructions to create a new support ticket.
A private ticket channel will appear on your sidebar.
Inside Your Ticket
Click your ticket channel to open it.
Provide as much detail as possible about your issue (PegaX Execution Account, login wallet address, screenshots, error messages, etc.).
The more info you give, the faster our team can assist.
Check back on your ticket channel for responses.
